Default I do not have Subaru but I have a question to Tire Rack guys

I am looking for new tires for my Neon.
Original size was 185/65-R14 but I am using 190/60-R14 and I need help which tires would be the best for me.
I live in Massachusetts and drive on dry, wet and sometimes slushy roads.
I would like to have all season tires. On snow I drive slowly or I take other car with dedicated winter tires.
I am thinking about Dunlop SP A2 but what about Bridgestone RE950 or Michelin Energy MXV4 or Pilot XGT H4 or Yokohama AVID H4.
Which one would you suggest ?

Wouldn't it have been a lot easier to email tire rack to ask your question? This forum is not a sounding board for tire rack, it just happens to be *sponsored* by TireRack, but they only post on here occasionaly. You are likely to get a better response by either emailing them directly, or finding a neon forum to ask what other people have tried.
