Default Defi gauge stuck at 19 PSI

I have a Defi BF Imperial Oil pressure gauge. It worked fine right after I installed it but after an hour or so I turned on the car and it was stuck right at 19 PSI. I've tried unplugging everything and it's still stuck there. The sender is plugged in. It reads 19 PSI even when the car is off and the gauge is turned on. It does the sweep just like normal but it acts like it's only receiving 19 PSI from the sensor. Any ideas?
