'03 PSM Wagon
V9 EJ207/6MT, Dom 3.0XT-R

Default FS: Version 8 STI Wagon

SOLD

Car is up and running with a 5mt from an '04 WRX in great shape and the Rotas pictured are now included. Still only $13,000!

I'm offering my 2002 WRX wagon with a 2005 JDM STI engine swap up for sale. I bought the car last Fall in pretty much stock WRX form, and started working towards the STI swap. The engine is a 2005 EJ207, with about 35,000 miles on it. The car itself has around 104,000 miles on it, it's my daily driver so the miles will change. Here's a list of all the parts I've put on the car:

2005 Version 8.5 JDM STI motor, ecu, engine wiring
WRX R160 LSD rear diff
IA Performance AVCS wiring kit
APS hard turbo inlet pipe
Short Ram intake
Blouch Dom3 turbo (stock location GT30r, 52lb/min)
NGK-2668 spark plugs
GM boost solenoid
CSS FMIC kit
TurboXS RFL BOV
TurboXS uppipe
Helix downpipe
3" catback with G-factor twin-tip muffler
ACT streetlite flywheel
ACT sprung 6-puck clutch kit
Version 7 Spec C struts
Espelir springs
Eibach camber bolts front and rear
Goodridge stainless brake lines front and rear
Modded WRX blue injectors [plug]modded by Aspen_2.5RS[/plug]
Walbro 255 pump
Rota Formels, 18x8 et48 with Falken FK-452's

The car was tuned by Scott Siegel at TopSpeed with EcuTek and made 355awhp/313tq on Shell 93. The car makes full boost, 21 psi, at 4100rpm, and the rev limiter is set at 8300rpm. It is very responsive and seems to pull for a very long time. The suspension setup is very good for daily driving, and for the mountains. I just drove it in the mountains last week and it handled extremely well. If you have any questions about the swap, or anything else about the car, send me a PM with your phone number and I will call you as soon as I can. I've posted the pictures I have, and I can take more of anything on request. I also posted a video of the car on the dyno, it's from a previous tuning session with cheap 93 octane. I feel the car is worth every bit of $17,000, so that's where I will start the asking price. I have way more than that in the car not including any labor, tuning, etc.

Thanks for the compliments, Noel. I'm not completely set on what's next, I just have car ADD, haha. I'm pretty sure it's going to be a lightweight (under 3000lbs), coupe, RWD, and probably LSx powered. But, I'm going to enjoy driving the wagon until then, it's a blast in it's own right.

See the above post, I just have fun planning and building cars, and I get bored and want something else. I'll have no problem driving for a while if it doesn't sell soon, there's just something else I'm interested in at this point. Are you interested in buying?

Not at this point, I want to stay with a sports car, most likely a coupe. Let me know if you're interested in a straight purchase. Thanks,

Sure. But the exterior would have to be pristine for the money you think it's worth.
The whole front end needs repainting and the headlights are starting to cloud. Everything else is great, though. I'd love the car. If it's here in 6 weeks, I will definitely give you a ring.

I understand what you're saying, but I think the car is "worth" more than the asking price, I just know that it won't sell for more than that. I've priced it with everything about the car in mind, as well as where the Subaru market is at the time. Do keep an eye on it, and give me a call if it hasn't sold in 6 weeks. For everyone else, bump!

sick wagon. wish I had the cash to do the big motor/tranny/turbo swap. My rev limiter was moved up to 7300 on my 2.0 during my tune, and it makes power all the way there. Is it normal to move the limiter up on a stock sti block to 8300 with the right turbo set up? Anyway free bump! If you were in socal my buddy would be all over this...

The tuner said they go above 8300 for the limiter quite a bit, we just didn't see a need for this car. It has lots of power and it revs forever. Tell your buddy to give me a call, shipping won't be that bad, worth it for the right car, we can work something out. Thanks,

Any interior upgrades or is it stock? I know the important stuff is under the hood but you gotta sit in it. Is this an EcuTek tune and any thoughts of finishing the tune with good 93?
