Default Robots... - Phoenix, AZ

This is the official Todd, aka Robots..., appreciation thread.

I had Todd install my new shortblock. In a weeks time, he tore apart the motor, confirmed that I had spun a rod bearing, ordered a new block and corresponding parts, cleaned my heads completely, reseated my valves, and P&P my td-04. He also performed all the required maintanence my car needed. He recieved the car on a Monday and the car was finished the following Monday. It would have been sooner but he lost several hours waiting on parts.

Todd is now at Superior Race Development in Tempe, AZ. I recieved top notch costumer service from Todd, Chet (Owner of SRD), and everyone else at SRD. Accidents will happen though. While pushing cars out of the garage, my car was backed into, leaving a dent in the rear bumper. Accidents will happen. Instead of popping it out and trying to act like nothing happened. They rightfully took responsibility and replaced the rear bumper. The moment it happened I recieved the call and the new bumper was in paint the same day. This is a testiment to the character and integrity shown at SRD. The bumper needed to be replaced anyways, from previous damage, so I was happy it was replaced at no cost to me.

The level of service and care towards my car has not stopped there. Todd has routinely checked in on me and the car to make sure everything is running smooth. He has also made himself available for a couple check ups to give the car the ol' once over.

This is my +1 for Todd & SRD.

Rally Stuff

Glad to hear it! Todd is a super legit and knows his stuff, and is very kind in helping to explain things. Chet and Dave over at SRD are great guys with whom I have entrusted my car and others for years. You AZ guys should check them out; they have a great shop!
