Running E85!

Default Upper clutch switch Confused

My goal is a clutch switch bypass (now that I have the utec occupying the clutch switch itself, I need a bypass switch for cruise control) (If I simply close the circuit the car will think the clutch is always in and shift funny)

I have a triple prong (powered) radio shack switch.
Power || ACC || Ground

There are two wires coming from the clutch switch, I believe one is powered and one is a marked ground. I also have accessory system power and ground available obviously.

The switch itself toggles the ACC prong to ground AFAIK.

My thoughts are that its impossible to utilize the lighting feature on this switch, because there is only 1 ground prong, and I need to separate the ground for the light from the ground the ecu sees... Is there any way I can wire this switch to have it light up and not melt the ecu?

why not just reverse the switch so ground is the power source then you essentially have two seperated circuits after the power wire.
