Post Good day yesterday

Ok, if you've read some of my posts before you'll know that I'm always getting negative comments about my car and most people ignore it, so this was an extraordinary day.

I go to the grocery store, and as I'm leaving, 3 kids in the empty part of the lot are standing by a black Accord with tint, all staring at me as I circle the lot to leave. They watched me go all the way around, leave the lot and even watched me drive up the street.

5 blocks later, waiting to turn left at a light, a car and a minivan 5 or so cars apart are turning into the same street as I'm sitting and drive right by. In both of them, 2 kids in the back seat stop what they're doing and crane their heads out the back window to stare at my car.

White waiting at the next light, going straight, the left-turners are all going on a green arrow. A guy in a newer S4 almost came to a dead stop to look at my car. He had a big smile on his face, gave a thumbs up, and waved. I smiled and waved back. Very nice car

I drive to Target, and two guys in a 15 year old oversized-tire 4x4 pickup with matching NASCAR shirts and even matching hats (how sweet!) stop in the parking lot, blocking traffic and just stare at the car (it was parked).

A man and his 12-year-old son are getting into the car parked in front of me (still at Target), and the kid just stands there staring at the car, not moving. The father had to yell at him to get into the car. The man kind of laughed at my car and I'm used to that, but the rest of the treatment I got that day was very unusual.
