I left my tuning laptop at the shop. But I have a few datalogs for you.I'll send tomorrow. Other than the fact he was running a AEM SRI, It ran good. AFR's were great he was running a MBC and I didnt realize it untill I started poking around looking for his pill. It was only running 13psi.

I have a Mustang AWD Dyno.

On the stage 2 OTS Map @13psi, the car made 250whp/237 tq
On your map with no changes ( yours was for an 05 so I transfered the tables to an 04 map) it made 266/257 tq again at 13psi.

I will try to get a friend to bring his car down friday or saturday and Try the map with your boost tables. and see how it does. As it stands now it looks like it would make great power at the target boost.

I am running the 2006 WRX 93 oct. map right now and sent John several data logs. The map hits target boost of 17 psi quite well around 3K. I am running a catless invidia downpipe and have not experienced creep ( although it is very warm outside). The car pulls much harder than the previous OTS map. I am not experiencing any knock or odd behavior. Thanks again John for everything that you are doing for us!

Really depends on what intake you use. Some will affect the fuel trims, others not so much. My K&N Typhoon had been tested to provide more or less the same airflow characteristics as a stock airbox, while allowing for slightly more power if correctly tuned for it.

Question

John,

What are the MAP notes for these maps? What are the target boosts?

Hey guys. As of right now the map notes are not available. Basically the maps will carry the same basic parameters. I changed the timing and fuel curves to be a little more aggressive. I also smoothed out the wastegate tables to help with boost delivery. This is over simplifing, but you get the general idea. The main changes were done to fuel(totally different curve) and timing.

I am away for the weekend.... flew back home for a visit... but if you really need some help just PM me with a specific request and I will do my best to get you sorted out ASAP.

Thanks guys and keep the data coming. I am very pleased with the preliminary results.

I flashed the 93oct map to realtime for a little while. I worked into it slowly and stayed conservitive on the RPMs since I do not have a upgraded fuel pump and didn't want to get a lean condition.

With out logging I can say it is definatly feels more agressive. I'm going to order a walbro this week and play with the new map more afterwords. Right now I think I'm going to go back to the normal map to be safe.

Keep me updated. I want to have revisions done for every model year by the end of the week... finalized and released for you guys. After these Stg 2 and 100 Oct, I will get the Stg 4 maps done and then we can get some track times.

I have been running the 2006 WRX map since you released it on this thread. I have not experienced any problems, but do you think that it is safe to continually run this map as a daily driver?
