Default Dynoflash EVO @ PINKS Raceway Park NJ

I was quite shocked to see Al's EVO in the PINKS pits @ E-town. As can be seen by the videos he was not running near his best, or he was sand bagging

10.5 run from what I remember
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cm_kZ3ExWWk

Arm drop run for qualifying
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wk-zT4eage0

Not decent launches or clean runs. Heck a Mini was pulling 10.4's there

Mini running 10.4

It was a cool car to see running that day.

As for Al it was unfortunate that he was having so much trouble that day, I wanted to see how the new setup worked.

Rich should seriously fire his own ass. That was just retarded, lazy, and not knowing anything about the cars in front of him. Why does this man, after years of doing this show, still know nothing about cars!?!

What a jacktard

You can also watch Al's video from Pinks and he does talk about the first run at least.

I just noticed how fast that guy dropped his arms...I think Al would have done better if the guy had given him just a couple of seconds to get the 2 step going.

Eh, whatever. You pull up to the line for an arm-drop, you better be paying attention and ready the millisecond you stage.

The two runs Al did where not 'races' per say, they were qualifying runs. Both were not great and had different problems each run.

rich def cheated Al on that one. An awd car needs time to rev up and launch, not just smash the gas like other cars. Sucks but car looked good when he got into second.

Nothing against Al, but was he driving the car? Even he will admit that he is not the best driver. (he can drive better than me at the strip though, I am sure of that)

Big turbo 4 bangers are not meant for this show.

Lesson learned? Ride your two step as soon as you get to the line and don't line up first! Take your time that way you control the tempo.

Actually he could have stayed and built boost when Rich did the arm drop It wasn't about beating your opponent it was time runs to see if you are sand bagging or not. So both times he could have seen the green and still sat there building boost for a perfect run.

Then if he actually got into the show he would have had to start building the boost before he staged. I've seen plenty of turbo cars run on Pinks and they all play the staging game stuff.

Here is my shot of the 10.4 Mini running against a friends Dart. He was like man did I waste that Mini off the line but then that thing flew by me on the top end
