I've ordered a filter through them once. They are highly regarded in the Evo community.

These answers do not solve the problem at hand...

the part has yet to arrive, let alone it's use/need.

OP, no, I have never ordered from them so I'm no help, but good luck. Do a BBB search.

Do yourself a favor, cancel the order. I ordered my Perrin turbo inlet from them, and it took over a month to get it. I was charged within 24 hours of when I made the order. It was back ordered at first, and they didnt contact me to let me know. I called them 2 weeks after I ordered it and hadnt received it, and that's when they let me know it was backordered. At first it took me 3 calls before someone answered the phone, and that person told me they were gonna put me on hold, and hung up on me. I called back, and they did it again. I finally got to talk to someone the third time. That person said it would be shipped out within that week. After another 2 weeks of nothing, I called them and cancelled the order. Once again though, it took me about 4 tries before I actually got to talk to someone. And then after they said it was cancelled and I would be refunded, the part showed up at my door a week later anyway, and yes I was still charged.

I never had a worse expierience buying anything than I had from them, and would not recommend anyone buys from them.

I have also ordered from this place. Many MANY MANY MANY problems.

- 1. Paid for 2nd day Fedex shipping ($20 more)
- 2. 4 days pass and funds have not been taken out/ no word on shipping
- 3. Extreamly hard to find phone number ( not on Evokiller.com, only on GSCmotorsports.com)
- 4. Emailed them. (no response)
- 5. Called and could not get a hold of anyone.......ANYONE!!!. WTF!
- 6. And finally........I can't cancel the order!!! I have no way of contacting them. Granted they haven't taken my money but still!

Word to the wise...DO NOT ORDER FROM EVO KILLER .com
