Default valve cover torque specs?

Anyone know what the valve cover torque specs are for a 93 Impreza 1.8L? And I dont have a torque wrench that goes that low. How would you do it by feel any suggestions??

I used a small 1/4 drive ratchet and did about 1/2 turn past finger tight. IIRC it's not even 10 ft/lbs for those things. (I want to say 8 but not 100% sure).

I just did hand tight and quarter turn past that.
