Question 97 Legacy L dual port or single port?

as the topic said the exhaust port is it dual or single?

Should be single port. Dual ports only came on the 1990-1995 models, of legacy at least, not sure the cutoff point for the imprezas. You could always poke your head under the engine to take a look. If here are 3 bolts holding the exh. manifold on, its dual port. If there are only 2 bolts, it's single port.
