Default Wider Legacy

I want to try and fit ATLEAST 8JJ under my 98 Legacy GT. I'm not to sure what I will need to do to get there to fit. I don't want to get a way off the chart offset and want to stay as close as I can to stock. So anyone have any ideas? Do I need to roll my fenders? And if I do can I fit maybe wider wheels? Will I need to get coilovers to make more room for the wheels? Thank you before hand all who help.
