Thumbs up STREETRAYS = A-okay in my book!

I can't really leave a positive NASIOC classifieds feedback, since I bought from streetrays through thEbay, but I will give some details about my transaction:

1) I used the Microsoft Live feature to buy a Zeitronix WBo2 from streetrays in December.

2) The "cash back validation" showed-up almost INSTANTLY, unlike a few other sellers I made similar tranactions with, so now I am simply waiting for MS to cough-up my rebate.

3) Again, almost instantly, I received a message from streetrays telling me that the product was on a slight back-order, and offering me a full refund should this be a problem. It was not a problem, and I told them I was happy to wait a few extra days for the WBo2.

4) I got the WBo2 a few days later, and was SO excited to install my new toy (tool, actually, not toy). It arrived well-packed, and factory sealed.

5) UNFORTUNATELY, Zeitronix had forgotten one minor detail - the wiring harness! Needless to say, the product is a but tough to install without the harness. I had a dyno day coming up, and needed the harness by that Friday (I believe it was a Monday when I called streetrays.)

6) Within mere minutes of contacting them, I received an email from streetrays telling me they'd been in-touch with Zeitronix, and told them how important it was I have the harness before the weekend.

7) Within another hour, I got a confirmation from Zeitronix that a new harness was ready to ship ASAP, and would be in my hands in time for dyno day.

8) The harness arrived as promised, and I installed the wideband with no other issues! Sweet.

I feel my case was handled with a very high level of professionalism, which I rarely expect from a mail-order car parts supplier. I WILL buy from streetrays again!

(NOTE TO MODERATOR: I searched for a review thread for this supplier, but was UNABLE to find one. If this is a duplicate post, please move it into the current thread.

THANK YOU STREETRAYS! YOU GUYS ROCK!

Well if i never had any dealings with "STREETRAYS" i would think after reading your post that they sound like an ok company and have good customer morals and values................BUT there are always 2 sides to the coin,
and mine is just the opposite .

I'M still waiting for 2 perrin wing stiffi's i paid for off them 6 months ago and have been tret like an invisible customer with poor and almost no replys to absolutely stupid responses.

"STREETRAYS" have almost turned there back on me and just tret me like i dont exsist once my money was in there bank i was made to wait weeks for replys to emails, phone calls were cut,

i have been disscusted with there attitude and non professionalism
with me .

i just hope someone from "STREETRAYS" see's this and has the balls to reply which will be more than they did to me as a customer that used them in good faith and paid for a service/item and got a ...............
......BIG FAT ZERO instead.

Sorry to hear about your issues with streetrays.

I on the other hand, would praise them for their great prices, and on time shipping. Though i only dealt with them via ebay and thru hondaforums back in the day.
