4088 is great... BW makes good power but spools a little slow... Never used Turbonetics.

id stay away from turbonetics. get a hold of blouch turbo and tell them your needs and they can suggest something or custom build a turbo to give you the spool/ power you are looking for. they are a top notch place. great quality and quick turn a around.

I had a BW S362, switching to a S366 .7A/R now
previous to both I had a GT3082 that originally came from blouch, all good turbos in my opinion |

got asked via PM about the BW turbos, this will be my 4th one.
all of them have been bullseye turbos with extended tip technology, only my very first s362 had the stainless exhaust but then i snapped the shaft in that one (cause still unknown by even BW). bullseye has great customer service and has always been very willing to help, esp when I upgraded to the 366 due to the 362 eating part of my spun bearing. |

Why not Turbonetics? They have great looking turbos. Inconel exhaust housings, surge ports. I always thought that if I ever moved from the GT35R I would move to the GTK 550 or 650

turbonetics have a great warranty... but chances are you will need it. they seem to have a higher failure rate than garrett. i have no experience with bw so i can't comment on them. a turbonetics of similar size to a garrett always seems to spool slower. and i have seen two turbonetics now on cars at idle not spinning. and they weren't overly large for the engine size either. when you shut off a car with a garret old style ball bearing or gtr ball bearing, the turbo will continue to spin down for up to a minute. turbonetics has been around for a long time. but i've always seen better results with garretts.
