Default MY14 Wrx Limited Sirius Question

HI all.

I started a 4 month trial of Sirius XM, but I can't seem to get any channel passed the 200's. I checked with XM and they assured me I had all access, but I get nothing passed the 200's. Is there any updates to the HU Firmware? I have the Nav W/Bluetooth and USB model # FM612US. It's killing me not getting the channels in the 300's. Thanks in advance!
