Default who has blitz dual tt turbo timer DC?

I am wondering about the blitz dc tt. does this one come with the boost gauge? is it worth it? or should i just get a tt and a seperate boost gauge? does it read in psi?

I have it and love it. The peak warning alone is worth it.
I also have a greddy boost gauge.

It reads in hkpa.

It's easy to get used to reading the measurement. I thought I would need a gauge that read in psi, but now I just automatically convert it in my head.

i have it and love it... but anybody with both the TT and a mechanical boost guage notice any accuracy issues?

i'd like to know before totally relying on the TT to tune a MBC

Thats interesting. What is the conversion to PSI? that mathmatical formula. I didnt get the stock boot gauge.. well it wasnt on the car and they tried to quote me 700bucks to put it on so I was like forget that. I too want the blitz dual TT. I'm a straight n00bie when it comes to car mechanics... is this something that just needs to be done by a professional? dont want to tap my boost line and screw it up.

Thanks for any tips.

Thumbs up DTT DC

Da bommm!!

Just finished installing it 2 day ago. With the help of an optional harness its a snap but you can easily install it without it as there are only 3 wires to tap. I got mine at Auto Options Saloon for $150 plus the harnes for $20. Taping the vaccum hose was not taping it a all, rather addind a T right before the pressure regulator. If you are lucky you can get a 1/4x1/4x1/16 T at your local auto store. 1/4x1/4x1/8 should also do. I wasn't so lucky so I fabricated a T out of Home Depot brass parts, its a little bulky but it does the job. As far as the accuracy, mine has peaked at 1.05 HkPa which I believe equates to ~14.5PSI(not sure). I have a stock turbo with no modifications.
If you want detailed instructions PM me.

I have one too. Actually I have two blitz turbo timers....but only one in the car

The Dual TT DC is the best TT I've seen so far. Blitz does a great job on all their parts and I'm quite happy with the quality of the unit.

As far as accuracy I'm not sure. I have a factory Subaru column mount guage, an AVC-R which reads boost, and the TT. I'd have to agree that the warning feature is worth the ca$h alone!

My AVC-R reads slightly higher than the Blitz unit + ~0.03

I still love it though!!!
