Default subaruparts.com anyone ever bought from them?

I order the jdm version 4 bumper cover from them 4 days ago, on their site says the order is pending. i have called, emailed them countless times and havent got in touch with anyone to explain to me whats going on. i called my bank and they wont let me cancle order either said the company has got to call them for that, which i thought was strange...

it said ground shipping was 21.00 which i figured it be more then that and someone told me that thats just their basic shipping and that they would just email me and says its going to be more or whatever which i dont see how when they already chraged my card.

if anyone has ever orderd from them and can help me out on whats going on it make me feel alot better.

They are legit. Just give it some time and stop panicking.

I've never had a problem with them. They are about as reliable as tirerack, but not nearly as quick.

Default Keep Calling!!

I recently had an issue with them too. It would seem that their service is not what it used to be. As you read the last few pages of the other Review thread on here, you can see the decline in the posts. My advice would be to call the 800 number and don't hang up until you've spoken to Andrew. He is the one that finally completed my 3-month old order. Trish used to be very helpful, but she doesn't return calls or emails anymore.
Their phone system will probably toss you around 15 times, but be persistent.

Its too bad...they used to be a great source for OEM parts

HORRID service. Similar situation as you. After countless bugging them and being lied to (email/phone), I did eventually get most of my stuff.

I did use them over the past in previous years, and it was much better. I think they've really gone downhill lately...
