Thumbs up STANCE USA- their customer service and products

let me just start off by saying HELL YES! I LOVE this company.
I honestly don't know how they compare to other coil-over companies like tein etc... in "cool JDM" status or whatever but I must say they got their **** down when it comes to keeping their customers on the road!

Little story:

I am towards the end of a 2 month down time build on my car car that has cost me close to if not over $10k that i probably shouldn't have spent but one thing let to another and well, i didn't wanna half ass anything. Then andrewtech's techs tell me that my passenger front coilover is leaking and i need to get it rebuild cuz its well on its way out. This made my heart drop because i know coilovers and suspension stuff isn't what someone would call cheapn parts. I love my GR+ pro's and i was afraid i was going to either be facing another long down time and big expense in shipping my coilovers to Japan for a rebuild and back and would have to instead take the cheaper route of maybe buying a regular damper/spring setup and ditch the coilovers.

I called stance USA today with my eyes squinted in fear of the number and talked to Earl (i think his name was bad memory) and explained my situation and asked how much for a rebuild. He told me right away that they don't do rebuilds here. I almost died with the thought of having to ship to japan. He then said that for 170 they would ship me a new damper.

I was crazy excited about this and then asked if they had a core refund type deal that they could do to reduce my down time as this is my DD. He said then that actually they didn't want my beat damper. That for 170+ shipping I'd get a new damper and thats that, done is done, and i could hang my damper on my wall as a trophy or something (lol).

So, I just thought that i would post this on nasioc giving props to Stance. I have no idea if other coilover companies do something like this but just thought i would post up anyway cuz I am super happy about it! Their coilovers are fantastic and they have the customer service (and website in english) to match
