I'm pretty sure that most Napa or Checker stores can resurface rotors.

I don't know if it's the 4/2 pots on the 06/07, or the soft stock pads they come with, but after 57K when I did my brakes for the first time, my rotors were smooth as hell. No record grooving, etc. I just put new pads on, bedded them and went to town.
