Default compression ratio

I`m thinking of mating USDM EJ205 heads to my EJ20G block.
What compression ratio would i want to run? head gasket thickness?

will have forged internals and custom pistons too. specs to build to? optimal bore?
Hoping to make at least 300whp on the stock td05 running 16 psi and big injectors.
