Default Error 39 (TCS signal) when using AT ECU in MT car

I've got a spare ECU from a MY95 Legacy AT and I tried if it would work in a MY95 Legacy MT - it does but it threw a CEL with code 39 - TCS signal. How can I make it go away when using this ECU on a manual vehicle?
