Default Spark Plug in Exhaust?

Ok I heard of someone saying that if you put a spark plug about 8 inches from your muffler, that you can have flames come out of the exhaust. Now I have Nitrous, would this be possible to do? How? Write back guys with your info...

Ok, my freind just did this to his Chevy MonteCarlo.. As far as i know you can only do this to a car with an carburator, i forget how, but its easy to hook up he told me; ..He blips his throttle up and when he lets off throttle the spark plug ignites HUGE flames out of his exhuast pipes.. its crazy, He has an aftermarket 350, w/NOS too.. but of course he would never spray while he's doing this because as far as i know if you get on and off the gas while using Nitrous Oxide you can blow your engine up, or get nasty backfire(which i have seen done twice).

Thumbs down

All show and no go.

What happens when you put a spark to gasoline vapours? Voila - flame. Worst case scenario - KABOOM!

Nitrous by itself is not flamable.
