Default high temp paint

I just bought a SS stromung dual tip exhaust, intermediate pipe and a Random tech high-flow cat, used.

They are looking dark copper due to the heat. I want to paint the entire thing black. This way it will guard against rust and to make the entire thing look uniform.

Anyone know what kind of paint to use? I was thinking about caliper paint, but that is $50 a packet.

Any help is appreciated.

Stainless Steel doesn't rust.

Heat damage does cause the piping to turn copper colored but unless somewhere in there something is made from mild steel rather then stainless.

If you do paint it, prepare for it to smoke as it burns the paint back off. New headers(for racecars) are painted black and smoke like a sob when they first get hot (especially the cat). It's stainless, why bother.
