Default Is there any interest in this type of event?

Hi All,

Not sure if this is the correct forum, but we're trying something new up here in Canada. We're combining 4 disciplines of racing and putting it togeher as one event, spread out over 4 months. It's called the "Toyo Tires / JRP / SPDA Attack Time Trial Series or ATTS for short.

4 Events, 4 Track, 4 disciplines 1 car 1 set of tires.

It would be great to get feeback from you guys.

Here's a synopsis: http://www.attacktime.ca/events.htm
Summary of Rules: http://www.attacktime.ca/rules_regs.htm
Actual Rule Book: http://www.attacktime.ca/Rulesregs/ATTS2009RULES.pdf

What is the ATTS?
ATTS is a unique event which puts 4 disciplines of racing into 1 series. This series is aimed towards the hobby motorsports enthusiast, a person that has either a stock car or modified car and has had aspirations of "taking it to the track" in a fun filled competitive environment.

Who is the ATTS for?
The ATTS puts the driver first, by coupling the scoring system and cumulatively adding up points from each of the events, anyone can win in their respective class.

Where is it being held?
Event 1 - Gymkhana, June 27th 2009, Barrie Molson Center, the largest contiguous piece of tarmac in Ontario outside of the airports.
Entry Fee: $30.00

Event 2 - Time Attack, July 26th 2009, Mosport DDT
Entry Fee: $75.00

Event 3 - Touge, August 29th 2009, Dunville Autodrome
Entry Fee: $75.00

Event 4 - Drag, St. Thomas Dragway
Entry Fee: TBD

What do I win?
Trophies per event for the first 3 places in each class
Over $10,000.00 worth of prizes from the series sponsors

Simple rules, 4 classes, focused on fun and competition.
