Default Need help guys wheel offset/tire question...

First of all I have a 2004 sti with stock suspension...I found a great deal on some Bridgestone potenza re760 tires, they're 245/40/17 tires. I just traded my stock bbs wheels for some 17x8 work emotion cr kai's. The offset is plus 32. They fit great with the 215's on them but I was curious on the widest tire I can go with. I'd love to p/u these 245's but I'm not sure if they will fit without rubbing issues. I know they will stick out a bit but that's okay as long as they don't rub. Need some opinionsand experience. I searched through a few threads but could not get a definitive answer.

Thanks for the help!

Jayson

I wouldn't run wider than a 245 on them. A 235 would be perfect. A 255 would be too thick.

So you think a 245 will fit? I'm hoping so! Thanks for your opinion...
