Default FEELING THE MARKET: 2004 manual WRB WRX

I haven't determined an asking price yet but I am near deciding to sell my 2004 WRX. There are some parts that I plan on taking off and putting into an STi in the near future. Basically here is how it will sit in "stock" form. NO POWER ADDERS WILL BE REMOVED as the car has been pro tuned to the current settings. I can't be dishonest on what has been done to the car. Just not my style so I'll basically leave it as is. Everything that will be removed is purely cosmetic. Car has just under 100k on it. I purchased it 3 1/2 year ago with 53k on it. The car was never really raced. It was my DD for 2 solid years. I used to commute roughly 70 miles 5 times a week with the car so most mileage was highway. At the time my now fiancee lived 30 miles away as well so again, mostly highway.

Car was in a MINOR accident. The other driver was at fault and rear ended me. No deployed bags. Bumper needed replacement. -5mph crash. This is when I had the STi rear put on. They also replaced the absorber as a precautionary and a few other small parts. 100% clean title.

2004 WRB WRX 5 speed
STi fender flares and rear bumper
Spec C roof vent
2005 cloth sun visors (no more cheap plastic)
STi side skirts
APS 65mm CAI
Badgeless STi fog covers (factory fogs still there)
Exedy Stage I organic clutch
Rebuilt transmission through DS1. There is a slight grind into third under heavier acceleration.
V1 AP tuned through GRD (now in Villa Park) Car made 238whp
Invidia UP/DP (all catless)
Perrin Twin Tip exhaust
STi shifter trim
Factory short throw
Factory boost gauge
Kartboy shifter bushings
Cobb rear sway bar
Currently sitting on premium 92x wheels but they will come off as they belong to my fiancee. Plan on picking up something cheap/decent to sell with the car.

Needs:
new pads soon
timing belt
a little paint on the rear trunk from a scratch that happened in the garage.
Suffers from normal Chicago road chips

I almost raised my hand for this one, but a timing belt is way out of my budget.

I'm out of town right now guys. I realize no price was given. I'm just feeling the market. There are changes i want to make to the car so that it represents what the potential buyers will actually get. I'm not selling my bbs wheels with it. Nor are my retrofitted headlights going. For now, all i'm doing is checking interest with an intent to sell in the future.
