How hard is the swap? do the fender holes line up? do they align with the doors fine?

Anyone know if its much more work than the normal 03/05/07 swap?

Here i the only pic i have seen... any advice would be great!

My guess is that it would take an incredible amount of time and money to make it work. Plus, the '08's are so nasty, why would you want to ruin a perfectly good '02-'07?

Wow that looks likes crap!! The top chop just kills the lines of the car. Every thing on that car just looks out of place.

Later.

please don't

and don't go by the picture to say you like it (Unless you are purchasing the corresponding body kit of course)

I am biased, but I like the 06/07 front end the best

the '08 front end is a bit too curvy for the relatively boxy shape of '02-07

Don't ruin a wonderfully Subaru-esque body by putting the 08+ aborto-stylie front end on it.

I own an 09, and the styling is easy to ignore while I am driving it, but it will never look as good as the 04-05 and pre bug-eyes. I enjoy my 60-40 seat folds and extra rear legroom, but the body profile is gross.

I think Subaru was trying to mimic Chris Bangle's hideous new BMW look, but ended up with a car that looks like a Hyundai or Kia. Oh wait, Bangle's BMWs also look like Hyundais. Ironically, the Koreans are starting to make their cars look more German.

I like the thought, however, in the first pic the chopped top kills it.

The second one is better, however I think that if it wasn't a wide body it would be perfect.

100% custom job. It's not simply bolting on parts.
