Default Cts-v brakes anyone?

I was curious if anyone has or did the cts v brake swap here locally? I'm hoping to save some money and have a local shop, that I use regularly, make the adapter bracket for me.

there was a guy here in socal (Ron Watson of PhatBotti Tuning) who put 6pot cts-v caliper on the front and 4-pot cts-v calipers on the back of his 15 wrx. He mentioned that the factory e-brake could not be kept/continue to b ultilized. I don't know if a bracket would need to be made, but with your profile car of a GD, I would assume one would need to be made. Hope this helps
