Default Plugs/Fuel filter Qs

I talked to Rich the other w/e when I picked up some parts for the Outback.
But now that I am gonna get the parts, I'm drawing a blank on several things.

-Plugs for the STi;
NGK Iridium One Step Colder - Model: LFR7AIX ? Or is this diff?
(I see a few diff models via google search)

-I was also talking to him about running an In-line fuel filter vs the stock. What brand would you guys recommend getting and where to get it?
Also, what filter Micron size is the best/max?

If you really wanna do a inline filter, then just get the oem filter from the 02 wrx along with the mounting bracket, but there is no real reason to no use the intank filter
