Question Idle issue...

This issue has been going on for years, i've yet to find an answer. So I figured I will try here.

My problem is when my car is sitting idle at like a light or stop sign, my rpm's bounce around from 800-1200 i'd say, and about 95% of the time it will just stall out and make it look like i'm still learning to drive a manual transmission

Is it possible that this issue is due to the flywheel?

My specs:
New EJ25 Block with JE 8.5:1 pistons
Pauter Rods
Total Seal rings
T4 Turbo
Greddy (trust) GC8 FMIC
Exedy Street Clutch
Fidenza Flywheel - could this be the problem?
Vishnu WRX fuel rails
RC 440cc Injectors - getting 750's soon
Supra fuel pump

I believe your tuner should know whats up. i had the same problem, and i raised my idle so it doesnt stall, cleaned my IACV too.
