Talking WTT: BMW M3 for STi

I am looking to trade my E36 M3 Alpine White for an STi high mileage does not matter! My m3 is in MINT condition, 95,000 miles, oil changed every 3,000 miles with full synthetic oil. Interior is Dove grey with Vaders. The car has mostly highway miles and is meticulously maintained. I condition the leather on a weekly basis along with a waxing monthly. This car drives great, no clunking or rattling. If I was to sell outright, would like 13,000 and OPEN to trades

Modifications:
Custom Exhaust with track pipe
Jim Conforti 3.5in carbon fiber intake
Jim Conforti Software
24lb injectors
CD43 Business radio
UUC underdrive pulleys
UUC Slotted rotors (less than 10k miles)
Hawk HPS pads (less than 10k miles)
5% Tint
Apexcone 8,000k HIDs
French Yellow Foglights
Clutch delay valve delete
New OEM thermostat
Stuart Metal impeller water pump
New OEM radiator
Kuhmo ecsta tires put on less than 3k miles on them

ya you're dreaming to get someone to trade you a sti, I doubt you could get anything newer than a wrx bugeye in a trade.

1998, please keep negative comments to yourself, you don't see me going around bashing other's threads....by the way I am looking for a high mileage Sti that would be comparable in price. Please read my OP

Its going to be hard to get a STI straight up trade, but have you considered maybe a 2004 salvage STI, and then just spend some money to build it up. But anyways, glwtt.

Just skip straight to the e46 M3. You'll go to it after the STi anyways. I cant count how many friends I have that go from e36 M3 to STi/EVO, and then quickly back to e46 M3. Once you get used to the creature comforts of a BMW, the STi interior doesn't cut it. Just my $.02 from a guy who posted the same thing here ~3 years ago

Pictures are crappy and do not do the car justice, since they were taken from my camera on my phone. I did not have time to wash the car today since rain is in the forecast tomorrow...

the e36 m3 ran from 1995-1999 your thinking of the e36 bodystyle which came out in 1992

considering the mods and mileage the asking price is not that outrageous, if your selling to the right market, which is not here you'd have much better luck over on bimmerforums

no, in Europe the m3 came out in 1992.
