Where would i find the law about a dealership selling a car without matching tires?

If I was going with common sense I think they could sell it as long as its not a safety issue. If they are different sizes then that might be wrong. Of course I am just guessing at this.

Why bother? Tell them you want matching tires and negotiate with them. If they won't give you matching tires, then ask for a reduction off the price. If they don't give you that, make a final offer and ask them to call you if they change their mind. Other than that, walk away.

Most likely they'll deal with you, as long as you have equity or cash to back you up.
