Kartboy endlinks
Whiteline anti-lift kit (to be installed)

VF43
Stock engine
Stock heads
etc.

Forgive the camera phone pictures, I can email the tuner for a digital copy of the dyno chart too but after spending 7 hours at his shop today I am grateful for what I have. The car right before me was an 08 STi making 296/376 with just a Cobb catted downpipe as the only mod. The owner of the car was complaining of vibration issues and Dom spent hours of time trying to diagnose the car (really tricky issue...I'm still thinking wheels/tires but the owner assures us they are freshly balanced) that I don't think he even charged for his diagnostics, plus he fixed the awful tune done by "another shop". +1 for Dom! The car feels very smooth and powerful, it feels wayy faster than my 20g WRX that was tuned by Dom (320/348).

92 octane pump, the car will see road course duty but most likely just HPDE/lapping days and a quick daily driver. The powerband is nice and wide, since it's so smooth it doesn't feel quite as shockingly fast as a big turbo car but it sure gets up to speed fast...!

Nice set up.
What kind of parts were on the car before the tune?

This was on a DynoCom dyno, ambient temps were about 47*.

I'm excited to get a couple more suspension goodies on this car, get an alignment, and take it to the track this spring. I'm looking around for seats right now though, I can't drive this car for more than 15 minutes without getting out limping like an old man from the combination of bouncy suspension and uncomfortable seats. My mom's FJ Cruiser has SRDs and so does the S13 so I might get another set of those...

anyways, thanks for the comments. I'm pretty happy with how she's running, although I have one little bug to work out (totally my issue, Dom is the man and did a great job with my car).

Oh and before this setup I was running the SOA map with a Cobb short ram and the Nur Spec catback, so the power gains and driveability are incredible.

Dom told me it was the rear diff.
He figured it out! Now the poor guy has to try and get subaru to warranty it.
Just to be sure, he took a diff out of his own car and put it in the customers car.

wowzers +1 for DOM. have never dealt with him but after stories like these, i definitely would. Thats alot of power out of a vf43 without meth or e85. What does a stock sti dyno in that shop??
