ok 5 speed swap has come to this.
i need help from some veteran subaru eyeballs.
im not familiar enough with these cars to know every nut, bolt and electrical plug on them. and my 5 speed swap is taking way longer than it should be. is there anyone who has done this swap that would be willing to stop by and physically look at the setup and see if i've left something out or done something wrong. thanks. craig.

95 imprezza L 5 speed swap.
got everything in and hooked up.
shorted the sensor for the the key lock/park. (must be in park in order to get the key out) and jumpered the 12 pin AT plug (theres 2 big fat plugs that come from the AT) -i have the intake hooked up (maf) -neither o2 sensors are plugged in since the exhaust is on the ground. -im not quite certain that i got the clutch lines hooked up correctly. (its wierd how theres 2 cables going to it) -the clutch pedal has that jack on it but its not hooked up to anything. (i think that the previous jumpers i did should negate needing the clutch pedal depressed) |

i think ive got it.
im going to either hook up a pushbutton switch to the starter or im going to hook up the clutch pedal switch. i found the diagram on a top secret website that is what the dealership techs use. |

and it started. now to make the crossmember for the tranny.
bleed the brakes. adjust the clutch (if needed) and put the exhaust back in. then off the registration. |
