Default 2016 WRX w Curt Hitch Rattle

hey all, I'm wondering if anyone with a new WRX has a Curt hitch? I've had mine for around 6 months and have this god awful rattle coming from the rear end. Sounds like a wrench rattling again the frame and is usually loud enough to be heard over music, and usually happens in gear when no throttle is pressed. If I hit the throttle it stops! I've been under there for a bit today tightening everything down (nothing was loose) and I'm still getting it. Checked the spare tire well too, nothing seems to help.

Anyone have this rattle or any suggestions of where to check? TIA!

I have one on my 15 . It had a squeak but it was due to a loose bolt . I tightened everything with some lock tight to hopefully never have to deal with it again . Almost sounds like your exhaust is hitting it . I know a lot of people that were running stock exhaust got longer hangers .

Thank you! When I was under there today I tried to move the exhaust around to see if it was hitting anywhere and couldn't make it hit... unless the vibrations are moving it that much more!

Hopefully someone with the longer hangers can chime in; a quick search showed the Kartboy hangers; wondering if there are any other options
