Default Has anyone else tried buying axles for an 04 STi?

I ordered front half shaft cv axles because my boot was ripped on the passenger side but I wanted to replace both when I did it. I took the car apart and got the first axle off to find out that I was sent the wrong part. It seems as if they sent me the axles for the back. A thousand emails later they don't believe me and try to say that I sent them a picture of my rear axle when I've never touched the rear axles. Through the process of fighting with this company that is trying to charge me shipping to return the wrong axles, I looked on other part store websites and some have the correct axles listed and some have the incorrect ones all stating that they would fit my vehicle. Anybody else have this issue??

On your old axle is there a hole for a pin right before the end for the shaft. (Trans side) on these cars you're supposed to take that pin out to remove the axle. But if you pry it hard enough you'll remove the whole shaft which is what it looks like you did. I know because it happens to me once
