Default changing map issue

Well, first I was all stock then added Cobb ap v2 stage1 map..

Then added a spt intake and ebay tbe( catted dp ) and the first day I changed the map to stage2 93oct( This wasn't the reflash that's been changed, it was the temporary setting ) hopefully you guys know what I'm talking about.. But the reflash setting is still on stage1 93octane and everything was fine.

But to me it didn't seem like it was pulling as hard as when I had a invidia catless tbe( with NO tune), so I wanted to change my reflash to stage2.
So earlier today I decided to reflash it to stage2 but stupid me, I had my car running when I did this and it shut my car off and and cel came on and it wouldn't let me start my car for a good five mins and everytime I try it again it stays at initializing Ecu then fails..

But my car still starts but idk if its running the stage2 when i check the maps the top one says stage 2 but the reflash said stage1 and idk did I mess the ap up? Need help asap..

The AP is fine I'm sure. Keep in mind that the AP does not read anything fromt he ECU that tells it what maps are flashed. It just remember the last ones flashed. I would be more concerned about your ECU. Call cobb and see what they tell you to do.
