Thumbs up Props to Rota

As some of you may be aware, I had been experiencing problems with my Rota wheels purchase since I received them back in March. Details of all this can be found here.

I posted up the thread as a last ditch effort to get some final ideas. Amazingly, Rota (rota wheels wrx) got ahold of me asking for more details. From there on out they helped me weed through a couple hurdles to determine where the problem was. After a couple additional things, Michael Rojas decided it was the wheels at fault and gave me contact information to get new wheels sent to me.

Enter Cecile. She was great to talk to and initially wanted to get me set up with hubcentric versions of my Subzeros. My set of wheels were before hubcentric was in production. That later failed due to backorder and she actually allowed me to change over to the Attacks (which I like better, but weren't in production when I purchased my Subzeros). Once stock was confirmed, the new wheels were shipped out immediately since I did not have a backup set of wheels to use temporarily. She is even arranging UPS pickup so my time invested in shipping the bad wheels is minimal.

It's wonderful to see a vendor being proactive in their customer service. Not only is Michael active in the forums, but he has also helped this set of problem wheels have minimal impact on me. Having a kick ass product AND kick ass customer service is what it's all about.

Great job Rota and thanks!

I will tell all those prospective buyers who to buy wheels from... ROTA!
