Yes it is the 22641AA160, it is a common part that can be found on many Legacy's and Impreza's up to 1998 (2.2, 2.2T, 2.5).

If I'm reading the first post correctly, the OP is looking for a stock EJ22T MAF.

IIRC the ...aa160 is the black plastic JECS MAF. Those are the ones that are common up until '98. The USDM EJ22T Legacies had the aluminum Hitachi MAF. Those only came on a few early '90-'94 Legacies. The gen 1 Legacies were built as Subaru was phasing out Hitachi and switching to JECS.

I don't have the part number in front of me here at work, but the EJ22Ts had the silver aluminum Hitachi MAF as stock.

I've seen them both way. My '91 SS has the Hitachi MAF. My '93 and '94 Touring wagons had the plastic one.

Regardless, you can switch over a car with the Hitachi MAF to the JECS AA160 version. There's a "how to" over on Leggy Central.

Unless I'm missing something from previous posts, all turbo charged legacies 91-94 utilized the Hitachi aluminum MAF. It's part # is 22680AA170.

You can not swap MAF's on the turbo ECU's without an additional engine management setup or reprogramming of the ECU. If you handle the engine management, then yes you can swap MAF's as Matt mentioned.
