Unhappy 09 WRX lower body ("rocker") panels

Hi all. Hopefully this is in the right forum - if not, feel free to move.

I purchased an 09 WRX a few weeks ago with 18k on it. Yesterday when opening my driver door, I looked down and noticed the lower "rocker" body panel wasn't flush with the body. Upon further inspection, I noticed scrapes on the underside of it (under the car) - looks like the previous owner had an encounter with a curb or something and the body panel must have popped loose or became detached.

It's not all that noticeable (why I didn't see it until yesterday), but it is super annoying and I don't want it to get worse. I went to the local dealership in MI, and they tried to push it back in but were unsuccessful. They quoted a new one, including labor, at $450!

Has anyone had experience replacing these, and also, where I might find one? The guy made it sound like it wasn't very difficult, and the labor for it was only a half hour. The high price was due to the actual part, painting it, and the clear rock guard (which I don't care about).

Any help or direction is appreciated.....

some times the rockers come loose a little, 90% of the time you can just put some weight on them and pop them back into place. Also check if any of the black clips are missing underneath.
