What are your goals for the car?
What are your goals for the engine (DD, racing, big power.....)?
What is your budget?
Are you doing this or a shop?

how high are you wanting to rev?
how high will your oiling system allow you to go?

maybe a bump up in CR a little (11-12 if you can?), equal-length exhaust, and some meaty cams to go with your new tune would be great.
