Default drop in piston warm up question

i know it's kinda stupid but it's my first time. so i have to ask you guys
i did an manley drop in piston with dom 3 xtr with supporting mods and 2weeks after i picked up my car from shop, every time when i start my car my rpm move between 1100 rpm to 1900 rpm. up and down 4 times.
and then slowly comes down like normal warm up. and i'm still in brake in. i now have 500mile on my car from new piston.
any words of wisdom???
thank you...
