Default WI: Legacy GT 5mt Wagon

I am toying with the idea of getting rid of my beloved wagon since I just bought a house and can walk to work, meaning my car is sitting 99% of the time.

First let me start by saying that this was my dream car, it took me 1.5 years to find exactly what I was looking for, so this is definitely a feeler, and I am not going to give the car away... right now the car doesn't need anything. 90k has just been done, oil changes coming every 3k with shell rotella. More pictures here: http://legacygt.com/forums/showthrea....html?t=135939

I would be willing to sell the car for $15,000, but throw me an offer close to that and I may be willing to move a little.

2005 Subaru Legacy GT Wagon- Unlimited trim
5 speed manual transmission
~93,000 miles
Stage 2 tune from Infamous Tuning
-catless up pipe
-gutted stock downpipe
-perrin short ram intake with custom air box
Bilstein struts with Swift springs and 1/4" saggy butt shims
Ralitek rear sway bar w/ HD enlinks all around
STi LCA bushings put in less than 5k miles ago
shortend stock shifter
delrin shift knob painted gunmetal, w/ custom shift boot
wrx pedals w/ dead pedal (not in pictures)
Prosport Halo (perfect match to stock gauges) boost and oil pressure installed in the cubby.
mtx re-q5 signal processor
alpine components up front
mtx powered subwoofer in the rear
1000 watt 4 channel amp
50% tint all around
painted front grille and headlights
yellow fog tint
6000k HID kit
tinted reverse lights
tinted mirror turn signals
red third brake light
red tail lights
3m Di-Noc on grille wings, b pillars, and rear chrome strip
06 wrx front lip (First person to do it, check the thread!)
18" speedline wheels with nitto neo gen tires (25%)

Other parts possibly included:
Yakima roof rack set up
17" snow tire/ wheel set up
Megan catless downpipe
stainless brake lines
stoptech pads F+R
06 wrx flywheels + 07 LGT single mass clutch setup (brand new)
Gates timing belt kit with water pump
extra set of cloth mats
all weather mats

Since I am planning on getting another Subaru and could still use the winter wheels/tires, I would want to see anther $500 for the rack and winter setup. Oh and I just purchased a set of flapatax mud flaps that I have yet to install.

Possibly, really would like to get another 5spd wagon, whether it's an legacy or an impreza. I would need a fair amount of cash as well.

I would love to, but I would need quite a bit of cash on top, which probably would not make it a fair trade.
