Default 95 EJ20G Turbo(JDM) no Injector pulse fuel

Can anyone tell me how to diagnose no pulse at injectors. I have wired a lite up and verified getting 12v power at the injector connector. Got the lite ground to the other connection. Verified my ground to the ecu. Is there any solenoid, etc that would cause this? I do not have the following> idle air control solenoid, waste gate solenoid, boost pressure sensor(using manual boost controller). The vehicle speed sensor is not there but
was told not required on 95. Also the ecu was for an automatic so is there something different about it. I found a pressure exchange solenoide from a 95 impreza and wired it up. There was another sensor attached to it and from pictures found it says it is a pressure/map sensor. Not a clue where it goes and if it relates to the EJ20G motor!

Sounds like an ecu issue ,Iirc the ecu controls the ground signal.. Also did you post in the pre 2002 turbo forum?
