I'm on 8.75 +20's with 245/40/18 and an inch drop. Just a flat roll in the rear and slight trimming on the rear bumper where plastic meets metal (there's a lip). No rubbing.

I don't see how you rubbed in the rear with stock suspension lol...mine are 8.5 and no rubbing at all but I guess that extra quarter inch makes a different huh? Kinda weird

Has anyone tracked or autocrossed (autox) on the 17x9.5 527's? Are they decent or should I go with RPF1's for my 04 STi hubs and brembos?

So does anyone know if 527 17x9.75 25 offset will fit a 99 forester on wrx struts and lowering springs?

I guess so. It only rubbed on the fender. Wasn't that much of a rub though.

265's will rub hard. 255/35's should be good. Or 245/40's. Definitely will need a roll.

There is no 'safe'. At +20 offset, rolling is an absolute requirement.. Especially on almost a 10" wide wheel, no matter what size tire you run.

255/35/18, roll w/ slight pull front and rear if slammed.

I know somebody on 18x10 +30's with 255/35/18 star specs (run like 265's) and he's dumped with the above fender mods and oem camber.

Same, I was on stock height on my 02 wrx with my xxr 527s 18x8.75 in 225/45s and rubbed bad. I rolled em and it was fine, then I was on coils and had to raise the rear and lower the front
