if you believe what that says then i have some swamp land in florida to sell you. The actual ELECTRIC Turbo under going development by garret has a small motor attached to the turbine side of the housing to help spin up the turbo quicker...that my friend is nothing but a hoax. i have a 300 CFM Fan i use all day at work.....it's not going to feed an engine though.
