Default Strut Bar for WRX

I was looking to do a performance mod to my car and I'm not sure the dealer will like me tearing out catalyic converters with the warranty still on, so I was wondering how effective a strut bar would be?

If anyone has pics, comments, or would like to recommend any strut bars please speak up!

I did the rear strut bar as my first mod (due to availability of other parts). it's noticeable, i could feel even the slightest road changes, but if i did everything over again that would not have been my 1st suspension mod. i would go in this order: 1) rear sway bar endlinks 2) front and adj rear sway bars 3) strut tower bars.

Just finished doing all 3 in my car (except for the front strut tower bar) and I love how my car handles. there's tons of info if you do some searches for whiteline or cusco suspension.

strut bars aren't that noticable until you get some aftermarket shocks and springs. im using the cusco front tower and tein ha's. it is VERY NOTICABLE with and without it. night and day difference.

i dont plan to get sway bars as those are really tricky to tune to changing road conditions on the streets. i might get the rear cusco's.

modding seq:
1. tein ha's with upper pillow mounts
2. aftermarket wheels with grippier tires
3. tower bar (front)
4. tower bar (rear) if needed
5. sway bars
