Default Clutch noise/squeak

Hey guys, got a 2001 SF Forester with a squeaky clutch and it's doing my head in.

I changed the clutch about 18 months ago after wrecking it offroad. New clutch kit and bearings. Clutch works a treat but for quite some time now I've had this squeaking noise coming from the clutch. It's most noticeable when I'm idling and it goes away when I start to apply pressure to the clutch pedal.

The sound is just like this: *note this is not my video and the video gives no details as to what caused the problem*

Is this a common thing that can occur if a clutch is poorly installed? Too much play in the fork?
Gotta do timing belt in a week or so and I'm considering just pulling the motor, doing the belt and while it's out sorting out this annoying noise.

Don't mind pulling the motor as I've done it a few times and got it down to an art

Anyone know if this is normal or not, I have an '06 wrx that makes the exact same noise as in that video.

Sounds to me like a bad pilot/ throw out bearing, when you push the clutch in it goes away that is a sign that it is the bearing.
