Default Schroth Rallye 4 harness NASA legal?

It used to be, then rules changed, and now it looks like rules changed again.
Note- no four point belt systems allowed after April 1, 2011, regardless of DOT certification or approval, except that belts with current tags labeled FIA B-xxx.T/98 and meeting FIA 8854/98 standards may be allowed with advance special approval. Effective May 1, 2011, the only four-point belt systems that are allowed for use in HPDE / TT are 1) those that carry an “FIA B-xxx.T/98 certification, or 2) those that carry a label from the belt manufacturer stating that the belts meet Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) 209 AND that the belts were designated for the specific vehicle (e.g. “For use only in BMW E36 models”). Such label must be easily visible to the NASA inspector. Note- four-point belt sets that have a DOT certification alone are not allowed.
The schroth rallye 4 is FMVSS 209 but the rules require that a label is present that says that the belts were designated for the specific vehicle. The regular rallye4 belts do not have this (not sure if the quick fit ones do or not). So does that mean they are NOT legal or is there schroth paperwork somewhere that designates a list of vesicles that the rallye4 is designed to work in?

I have the quickfit rallye 4 from schroth. Mine have the FMVSS 209 rating on the black plastic length keeper and have a statement on the belt that say they are specific to the driver side of the Subaru Impreza.

I just went to a NASA event on April 30 - May 1 and no one said anything to me, including my instructor. Maybe they weren't checking.

I think you are in the clear. Post up on the NASA forums for additional clarification.
