Default More airflow to intake = new tune?

Recently cut my bumper on my 2013 STI where the fog lights are to allow more air to the ETS intake.

I went for a drive and the car started to jerk when lightly on the throttle.

Turned on Cobb AP parameters for roughness in all 4 cylinders n throttle position and AFR.

Found out car is misfiring (sometimes to counts of 8) on all 4 cylinders when ONLY between 5-15% throttle position and the AFR reaches around 18.

I only took off the bumper and cut the opening of the fog lights.

Car was tuned by Cobb last year and I have not made any mods since.

Would this would cause a misfire?

Would I need a new tune just because there's more clean air ramming the intake filter?

Any ideas on what is happening?

Cutting a bumper to allow more "airflow" will not give you a misfire condition. It's likely a coincidence.
